2018年小学信息技术“引智培训”系列报道之一

7月9日上午,老师期盼已久的智培训开班仪式秦淮区教师发展中心308室顺利落下帷幕此次培训的成员是秦淮区部分数学信息技术老师,他们即将开始为期2周的中外交流学习的旅程

此次培训邀请了来自美国的Stephanie Banning女士作为指导教师。通过老师的自我介绍以及对他们学校信息室展示,大家都被这样一位热爱生活、热情幽默的老师所感染。在互相自我介绍的过程中,整个信息充满了欢声笑语。

接着Stephanie向大家介绍了两个适合儿童学习鼠标操作、文字输入的网站。在该网站的帮助下,大家也根据个人特点制作了自我介绍的个性化图片,这些图片形式丰富内容有趣。

下午Stephanie与各位教师讨论了美国信息技术课程标准。Stephanie首先用一张图表展示了 blooms taxonomy布鲁姆分析法),将教师分成不同小组并要求每个组针对表中某个的词汇设计符合课程标准的学习内容讨论结束后建康路小学的何岳老师老师、二的陶文俊老师、银龙花园小学的纪老师分享了他们组的研究成果。交流结束,参与培训的教师也加深了对课程标准的认识。

经过今天的学习,大家收获颇丰。Stephanie老师向大家展示了国外的学校如何使用信息室开展小学信息技术教育。参与培训的老师也体会到在教学中一方面要有严谨的教学态度,针对孩子的年龄特点主动的选择、设计合适的教学内容;另一方面,教师也需要充分激发孩子的学习兴趣,让孩子在愉快的氛围中成长























 

A series of reports on intelligence training in primary schools in 2018

On the morning of July 9th, the teacher's long-awaited training ceremony was successfully concluded in room 308, Qinhuai teachers development center. Some of the mathematics and information technology teachers from Qinhuai took part in this activity. They are about to start a two-week course.

This training invited Ms. Stephanie Banning from the United States as a tutor. Through the teacher's self-introduction and the display of the information classroom of their school, everyone is infected by such an enthusiastic and humorous teacher. During introducing everyone to each other, this room is full of laughter and joyfulness.

Next, Stephanie introduced two websites suitable for children to learn basic computer operations. With the help of this website, everyone made a self-introduction picture based on personal characteristics. These pictures are interesting.

In the afternoon, Stephanie discussed the information technology curriculum standards in the United States with all the attended teachers. Stephanie first introduced the blooms taxonomy with a chart, divided the teachers into groups and asks each group to design the teaching content and curriculum standards for one of the words in the table. After the discussion, teacher Yuebing He and Jilin Fu from the Jiankang Road primary school, teacher Wenjun Tao from No.2 Experimental primary school, and teacher Nan Ji from the Yinlong Garden primary school shared their groups’ research results. After the discussion, everyone has a deeper understanding of the curriculum standards.

Due to today's study, everyone gained a lot. Ms. Stephanie showed how the information rooms are used to develop information technology class of primary schools in their country. On one hand, the teachers who participated in this activity realized that they should have a strict teaching attitude to choose and design proper teaching content for the children according to their ages. On the other hand, teachers also need to fully stimulate children's learning interest and let them study in a more pleasant atmosphere.
